I wish i can rate 0. Pethetic service they cuts there power supplies mostly over night for more then 3 hours some time for 6 to 7 hours. They dont have humanity they dont think how aged people and infant children's are suffering from there behaviour. If you guys dont have sufficient staff or machine's to take care of power loads then this is your responsibility to buy new machines and hired new man power. Because you dont give any rebates over your electricity bills. You charged higher rate of electricity in against you give power cuts of 4 to 5 hours in a day. If this you called service then you all must think that what will happen when Dr said same to you that we cant give you services because we have less manpower and equipments. Think guys think

Poorly managed, mostly contractual staff will nill or low accountability lack of basic infrastructure in handling complaints.

Pathetic service provider. No matter what exactly the time it is . It goes cut off in midnight while you are sleeping in this extreme hotter season. How anyone can servibe without electricity can you imagine where the temperature are 40 or 41 degree. Need to improve !
