Stopped here on a cross-country road trip with a friend of mine. Mongolian grills are great. Even better when they are all you can eat! Reminds me of BD's Mongolian BBQ in the eastern states. Very good!

11-21-20 - We went to the HuHot restaurant today for the first time. It was very easy to figure out. Basically filling a bowl with all kinds of veggies and meats then presenting it to the guys at the huge grill to cook while you watch out all be done. Then you return to your table to eat. The price is for all you can eat so your are allowed as many trips a you would like. It gives you a chance to try different combinations for fun! Attached are photos of our final masterpieces! This was a fun place to eat. The table host was accommodating and friendly!
The selection of foods was very good. I appreciate the variety of meats, noodles, vegetables and sauces. I do with the bowls were a bit bigger as it feels like a balancing game. However, the staff is very kind and the atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely a great place to stop in Fargo!
They were massively understaffed. Forgot about us waiting for a table, 20min later we finally were seated even though there were plenty of open tables. 10 min to get drinks. Not enough grill cooks. 2 of the people who went got sick and had diahrea. I have been here many years ago and it was 2 star but this time was really bad.

My significant other and I like to eat a lot of colorful veggies. Huhot accommodates. We feel good eating the tasty food, and we feel good after eating there. It gets crazy busy. We avoid peak times. I am disabled. The employees and our fellow diners go out of their way to hold doors etc.
It has always been our family restaurant. We take any family member visiting Fargo to Huhot. This is s family reunion after 5years. With family members visiting from different states
If I could give it a zero I would. My second time of being here and trying so many different things I personally didn't like the taste of the food. When asked to remove my meal off my bill they claim they can't because it's a grill and you can go pick and choose what you want. Nothing tasted good to me that I tried. Very disappointed and a rip off for something that I never even ate but still had to pay for. Least to say I will not return management was not pleasant and our waitress didn't even come to the table when we needed things.
