I don’t have pets but asked the owners if they would order me some seed so that I could encourage the birds into my garden during lockdown. They were so helpful and now order it on a regular basis for me. The shop is fantastic, well stocked and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend a visit. They really know their stuff! Thank you!

Absolutely love this shop as does my dog! We have been visiting since Pippin was a pup and the nutritional advice we received for him was excellent and has really helped shape how we feed Pippin and give him an excellent diet. Also the standard and choice of raw treats are great as are the standard of toys. Nothing that will harm your dog but everything that will enhance his life. Thank you to all of you.
Staff member ignored me at till. No apology for me waiting when she could see I was there. Excuses that she was on her own, as owner has COVID and said I was rude for asking for service!
Great place, very knowledgeable, lovely staff If you can't get something somewhere else. They can always get it for you.
Darren and the team are super knowledge about pet food and are great at recommending the best food for your dog. Great selection of food and accessories for your dog. Would always recommend for old and new dog owners to get the best advice. Excellent parking options as out of town location.
