Excellent quality product and good service, consistently let down only by very limited stock and infrequent delivery. Pre pandemic they were good to excellent. Post pandemic, sadly just poor to average. I can only hope one day that things will pick up again.

I've been trying to put an order through for 3 days to no avail. I've contacted them through email, FB messenger and phone (it's constantly engaged, no matter what time I call), no one has replied to my queries. The website allows you to deposit money into your account and keeps it there but doesn't release it when you want to spend it on the produce! I'm a first time customer and wanted to try out Farmer's choice but after this experience I'll be leaving, it ended before it could begin!! After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the first customer experiencing the same thing. Because I have money in my account, please can someone contact me about my order! Taking matters to online reviews is my last attempt to get someone to contact me!!!

Completely share other reviewers’ feedback on Farmers Choice. Products were ok, no particular complaints there, but any company with a business model based on asking customers to overpay in advance before belligerently refusing to refund any of the customer’s credit at the end deserve nothing but one star reviews. Farmers Choice you should be ashamed.
