Our independent patient and service-users based pharmacy report is based on 7 visits to this pharmacy between 2017 and 2019. The overall rating we give is 5 OUT OF 5 based on the following measures - STORE HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS - No traces of dust, dirt or any other hygiene challenges found on any visit. STOCK AVAILABILITY AND EXPIRATION - Generally well-stocked with well-known brands in toiletries, OTC drugs, supplementary medications and other day-to-day general personal goods. ACCESSIBILITY - Easy to access the premises, although users with movement aids may have minor difficulty in entering the premises due to a single-sized entry door. No car parking due to double yellow lines but nearby at Cochran Street. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Staff approached were helpful and informed when asked questions on various medication and services. GP prescription service offered along with many other services including veterinary prescriptions, travel services, drug reviews and vaccinations.

Really helpful staff. Much better caring service than other big chain pharmacies. I appreciate the electronic repeat prescription ordering and fast delivery service. Opening times are extended and have come handy many times.

I needed some halls for my sore throat, the service was fabulous, instead I left with some lockets which were much more tasty. Lesson learnt, always choose lockets in the future. Overall an enlightening experience. Thanks Farah chemists!

Fab service! I have been looking for some weight loss products and was not sure what to go for. Got given great health advice and recommended some weight loss tablets. Thanks, will pop in again soon.
