I come here to do homework and I struggle to study when people are talking. If you need a quiet place, you have to be here at 730 am. When nobody is here. If not, you'll get bombarded with other people's gossip and chuckling. Someone should walk around and make sure its quiet. Or maybe signs to leep people quiet? Not as quiet as I would like.

Excellent place for research.
The new 10 extra fee on students at Fannin Library (Phoenix College)is theft! Shame on Fannin Library (Phoenix College)for the improper use of fines and fees.
They charge 10 processing fee cost of book for a book they say is damaged then don't replace the book!
Great place to stay studying
