I recently hired one of the cinema setups from Family Parties as a treat for the family. I can't recommend this enough for anyone thinking of doing the same, both the picture and sound quality are truly amazing, We've hired from family parties on 4 separate occasions now, their products, attention to detail and service are sublime. Fantastic service from Family Parties. We hired Table football, cannonball drop and giant Jenga for my son’s 11th Birthday party. They all went down well with the boys! I would definitely recommend Family parties and would use them again.
Saul was absolutely amazing. From start to finish the service was so professional and friendly. We hired the giant jenga, the giant twister, the giant connect four and the space hoppers, as well as a picnic table, for a hen party at the weekend. All of the games were fab and so much fun! Saul arrived and set everything up for us, exactly where we wanted it, and arranged with us to collect the items a little later than originally booked so that we could enjoy them all for longer! Communication from the beginning was so helpful with a confirmation email and reminder email coming through with all the details on as well as letting me know what time exactly they were going to be there for set up. I couldn't recommend this company more highly - will definitely be using again for the next event!
we've used Saul and Family Parties previously for both childrens hire, and corporate fun hire, but most recently the outdoor cinema setup. All I can say is a massive thanks, Saul could not have been more helpful, the equipment was absolutely first rate, and our children cannot wait for the next party! We've used Family Parties for a couple of years now, and have always had a great experience. The website is very easy to navigate and book, communication is always excellent and items always turn up on time, in perfect condition and set up/down quickly. Saul is brilliant and will always go above and beyond - we wouldn't go anywhere else.
