I filed for my divorce in March of last yr. I understand Covid has changed a lot of procedures but the last time I received a call was in August. I was told that I would receive something in the mail by the 1st week of Nov and if i didn't to then call them.... Well it is now Jan and I have been calling since Nov. I've left numerous messages and have yet to be contacted. I've even left messages on the supervisors voice mails.. This is just outrageous now. Some needs to do their damn job.

The Worst. They send you a letter saying be there at 830am. Then there's a note on the door that's say please expect to stay from 830am til 430pm, (Huh). They need to learn how to schedule. They have no respect for other people's time except their own. I was relieved to go to Bergen County.
Been here since 8:30am and was told at 4:00pm to come back the next day
Horrible!!!
They don't know how to answer a phone and don't let you finish talking when they do.
