The parts and service department are super friendly. I've been coming here since 2004 and never had a bad experience. They also have brand new A-Spec loaner cars if you need one while yours is in for a recommend service. They updated their customer service lounge a couple years ago and it's quite spacious incase you need to wait on your car. I highly recommend!!

Radley Acura is an incredible dealership who immediately made me feel welcome without pressuring me into a purchase I was not ready for. They were able to work with me on my trade in to get me the best price possible. They did not try to sell me on the typical upcharges and had 0 hidden costs or fees. They had an incredible selection of used Acura's that were fairly priced with lots of life left. I look forward to coming back to Radley Acura for regular maintenance over the next few years. Best Acura Dealership in the DMV hands down. 10/10 will do business with them in the future.
Worst buying and service experience ever. Not to be trusted. I requested a specific car with 4 wheel drive as a must have. The dealer at Radley told me he had the exact car I wanted. So I bought it. After a month or so I realized I was sold a car that didn’t have 4 wheel drive. When I got back in touch with the dealer they said they had fired the dealer I had worked with because he was dishonest. I told them my problem and they said they couldn’t help me so I was stuck with the car. Totally unhelpful, Disorganized and disheveled dealership and service department. Buyer beware at Radley. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Pohanka Acura is the beat Acura dealer in the area.
I went over to the service department and asked them to do bodywork on my car, and they were able to make my car look sparkling new! They fixed my car in a timely matter and they detailed it! How nice of them! If I ever need assistance again, I’ll be coming here again!
It was an easy decision to make. I've been a Radley customer for years. The sales experience was friendly and kind instead of high pressure. The people they hire make a big difference.
