The hospital is fine (specifically the nurses) but the doctors and billing department are crooks. First, the doctors will send you a ridiculous bill and you'll think it's the entire hospital bill because it is so expensive and you barely saw the doctor. So you pay it thinking that it will settle everything. Then, two months later you'll get a hospital bill that's even more outrageous. The insurance paid a huge portion of it (90%) but I was still saddled with a 3000 bill which they refused to budge on. In the end all the hospital did was a bunch of tests and no actual treatment other than an IV. I saw the doctor(s) for a combined amount of MAYBE an hour and they charged 6000 for that.

What more can I say about a place that saved my son's life. The hospital is clean, the nurses and doctors are excellent. The ER is probably a hit or miss but there is almost no wait time if you go early in the morning. Their pediatric hospital and womens center is awesome!

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have an appointment at 11 AM...I’ve been here since and nobody come to check out on me or why it’s taking so long. The doctors doesn’t seems to care at all. There are other women who even came have an early appointment before me are still waiting. They don’t respect or value people’s time in this hospital. If you’ve a 15-30 mit appointment, make sure to take up to 2hrs30 out of your work schedule if you work

My daughter had to have a blood transfusion. I arrived with my daughter, parked in the green parking garage, a lady nurse parked beside me, asked her how to get to the 9th floor for children, she offered to help me with my luggage and showed and told me how to get to the 9th floor from the green garage. Took the Skywalk to the hospital, they checked the temperature of me and my daughter and gave me a visitor sticker inside the Skywalk. Took the elevator to the 9th floor, the doors of Innova children's hospital were opened to me before I could press the button on the wall (since they saw that I was carrying my daughter with one hand/arm and luggage with the other hand).The lady at the front desk gave us wristbands and told me where our room was located. Our room door was opened and we made ourselves at home. The nurses and doctors are amazing. The nurses and doctors (Marely, Jeannette and Dr Pigues) were really nice to my daughter. Mission accomplished thank God and we were released from the hospital within 24 hours. The dining personnel, the menu and the food were awesome! Loved the view while looking out the window!
