My lawyer was useless I practically did all the leg work/chasing up and paid them for it I only used them cause they were on a panel. Definetly wouldnt use again

Lawyers seem to love working in tatty old offices in tatty old buildings. Personal opinion is that they're trying to kid on that they're not making money.
Absolute shambles of a place. Asked for updates repeatedly and no one ever phones you back. Quick to take your money though!

Over several years, I have used Marshall Wilson not only to sell property, but also in a legal capacity. The process was always smooth, friendly and professional throughout. I would highly recommend using their services.
Unprofessional to the last but don't just take my word for it. Have a look at their own web page - none of the social media buttons work (hmm?) and their Executry Manager they advertise as having worked for them for ten years left their employment at the end of 2016! Do your own online research then decide whether you wish to use them. Don't let faceless one-line Google reviews sway you either way, irrespective of their bad grammar and wrong use of the apostrophe.
