Awful customer service. A manger who needs to learn how to deal with customers in a polite, helpful manner. Abysmal policy on returns during lockdown, should learn from their competitors on positively dealing with customers and returns in a lockdown.

A sad day was cheered up by a visit to The Range - Falkirk today. My wife's tom cat had to be put to sleep due to a tumor of the liver and we buried him at the bottom of the garden this morning. We agreed to get a new cat and we were looking at the cat pole scratchers in The Range. There was no price or product code on the item we wanted but a friendly assistant called Frankie asked us if he could help and he went away and came back with the details for us to give to the checkout (17.59). A short time later in their outdoor garden centre, we were looking at the garden decorations and my wife wanted the 'Angel of Birds' statue to go on our cat's grave. It was Frankie who came to our rescue once again. The statue wasn't priced but the product code was written in black marker pen on the bottom. Frankie couldn't find the item in the brochure on the nearby stand but got it for us on the computer a few moments later (45). A big thank you goes to Frankie and The Range. You made our day.
Considering its right before Christmas the shop was well managed and not overcrowded. Sanitising equipment is provided at the door and they have a great range of products.
Well it is a store but they do have a reasonable ange\ of goods.
I have not had much good experiences in the Range. I often find that the prices you see on the shelves are not what you pay at the cash desk. Was the same again on my most recent visit here but this time it was in my favour. I recommend you keep a note of the prices because there will be at least one item goes through for a higher price than its marked at. I usually try to avoid The Range for this reason but on this occasion it was a needs must.
