Lesley Stronach was our Sales Executive. She was very knowledgeable on the car we were interested in and explain clearly the pro's and cons of the models. She was not pushy and gave us time alone to discuss what car we would go for. On picking up our new car she again took the time to go through all the various functions on the car. The weather was bad but she had the car under cover which made the hand over pleasant.
Very professional and accommodating. I had to wait four my car, so thre manager signed extra personnel to speed up the work... really appreciated. Chris also does a great job, very personable and helpful.
Used garage to get 1st year service on car. Staff friendly and helpful. Could have got slightly cheaper at another garage but they just about matched that,as their closer for travelling to went with SDM. Will happily use next year.
