Picture scene driver on way to holiday lodge with cool bags full of frozen and chilled items. Warning comes on dash STOP.,oil level low. Visits Frasers and has immediate and courteous attention from reception and mechanic. Result back on the road within twenty minutes. Such customer service is wonderful, a credit to all and a massive THANK YOU. Have family locally and would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Having visited the showroom on previous occasions to get the “feel” of things I was more than happy to give my business to Frasers Of Falkirk. Pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable sales & technical staff. Never felt at anytime pressured. I enjoyed the unaccompanied & extended test drive. Overall a very pleasant purchasing experience.

Had problem with my REXTON, Had difficulty getting through on phone ( Answer Machine) Took chance and drove through in morning ( WAS NOT BOOKED IN). To my surprise they managed to fit me in straight away.Left car, returned home, got phone call early afternoon to say new part fitted to my car suspension and ready for collection and all this with car under warranty. \ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE\,CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH. WILL NOW NOT HAVE WORRY ABOUT NOT GETTING AWAY WITH MY CARAVAN FOR WEE BREAK. THANKS AGAIN.
