I phoned up looking for an element for my oven and within an hour I was collecting it from the store. First class service particularly during these difficult times. Would definitely recommend!
There is no substitute for being able to go to a shop pick up the part and have your appliance fixed in literally a couple of hours. Anne in the shop was extremely helpful and the shop is just a little step back in time beautifully preserved. Forget the internet and support our local shops like this and was actually cheaper then the internet! First class service Anne thank you so much..
Superb service. Water damaged Dyson, took for a review in September. Agreed on work to do and both sides acknowledged the specialist nature of the problem and the current implications of health crisis. Both sides stayed in contact, checking on progress of parts. Contacts always friendly and helpful. Dyson picked up 14/11/20, works as new and price of work and parts very reasonable. As always, service was professional and friendly. If you have an appliance in need of repair in the Forth Valley, I can heartily recommend!
