After a prompt and professional boiler installation DMAC seemed the obvious choice when it required an annual service. Unfortunately one of their engineers can't tell the time and the other one can't take time to confirm my address. After taking time off work for the service appointment between 2-5pm, I received a call from the engineer at 17:40 informing me he wasn't going to make it and the office would contact me \first thing tomorrow\. After 11am it was obvious that the office weren't going to contact me so I phoned them and rescheduled, having to take another half day off work from 8-11am appointment. At 08:34 I received an email response saying DMAC tried to call and I wasn't in. There was no chap on my door and no one on the CCTV at my door so I phoned telling them I'm at home, and acertained that the engineer had went to my neighbours home by mistake. No problem just have him come round next door, I though but was told as he's enroute to his next job. Third time it was serviced ok, although the engineer didn't reset the annual service clock on the boiler. I have since received the invoice which I have desputed, after phoning they said would get authorisation from management to send me an amended invoice which would reflect for my wasted time as a result of their errors but haven't as of yet. When I contacted them today I spoke to the most rude and obnoxious person I would definitely not recommended them to anyone and prompted me to leave this review

Terrible business. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and their engineers live in a parallel dimension removed from all standard conceptions of time and space. Complete rip-off merchants!

We had D-MAC out to fit garden taps and the quality was second to none. Was polite to my partner and my son who is two and curtious. Will use them again.
