Very fast repair to my laptop. This is essential for me working at home and it had to be done quickly... it was dropped from a couple of feet and windows 10 stopped working. I dropped it off in the morning and they had it repaired and ready for collection the following day. I very much appreciate your fast service and thank you kindly for all your assistance.

We had a home visit to sort a few problems with our new computer. The chap was very personable, arrived when he said he would and sorted us out satisfactorily. Would use again if needed.
Second time now that I have had cause to use the services of these guys following a fatal hard disk crash. Despite the laptop not even being able to be booted up from power on they were able to recover all data from the faulty hard drive and restore to a new hard drive the same day. Excellent service and responded within the day and fixed the same day. What more can you ask. Would not hesitate on recommending them to anyone with laptop issues. I brought may laptop in for repair after one of the hinges broke, I was unable to even close the laptop properly... I thought it may be irreparable and expected that I may have to buy a new Laptop. I was delighted to hear back that it could be repaired. Since getting the laptop back a few weeks ago, I've been using it every day and I'm really delighted with the result.
