Kenny and the team are 2nd to none with customer care. Quality of goods. And customer service. Nothing is to much of a problem. I have had numerous packages sent to London with no problems whatsoever. And will continue to purchase goods from Falconers Butchers. They have the best black pudding and haggis without a doubt. Bought pork sausages, they smelt strongly of fish like they were off and did not taste right, so they got binned.
