After doing a small amount of research I decided to ask Falcon Windows for a quote to replace two sets of bay windows. From the first point of contact to the completion yesterday the service has been fantastic. The administration team has guided me through the processes and provided me with a great deal of information regarding the composition of the windows. They also answered any query that I had. The measuring up and design team took into account all the detail that I requested and advised me wherever necessary. The installation team has undertaken the work with a great deal of care to ensure that the end product is to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail is second to none. The process as a whole has been dealt with very professionally. As you can tell I am really pleased with my news windows and I would highly recommend Falcon Windows. Well done “Team Falcon”!

Amazing customer service. My nan rang at about 3 pm today as her door wasn't sliding properly and by 6pm the door was fixed and sliding properly. Can't recommend these services any better. They even did a quick service of our front door as there was a little wiggle.
