Nice place to walk. Looking at swans while they are enjoying their swim.
Great place to live. Low density. Small garden with every unit. Small town centre with all the necessities. Beautiful landscaping. Good transportation run by the estate.
A picture taken right outside the town centre market. There is not too much to offer: a super market, a fish monger that sells sea water fish after 3:00 pm, a bakery, an Indo shop, a small grocery, a vegetable stall and two small cafés. Realty agents dominate bigger shops. A 7eleven and a Manning shop. Perhaps that is just good enough for most residents who do want to waste their going out of the estate.

Went to the Chinese restaurant in the town center, 2nd floor restaurant, and was super disappointed and disgusted to bite into dimsum with uncooked pork. This was after mistakes with our order to begin with. Was sick in the afternoon.
This is not a public park, but quite a large low-rise housing development. I owe a three-storeyed semi-detached house there since 1983. You should only go there if you have an interest on urban planning or design in Hong Kong.
Beautiful, quiet and calm neighbourhood. Large parks, a variety of stores and supermarkets, and community businesses. Went to church there. Very welcoming.
