Staff were rude. We pulled up with a car full of donations at 6:03, and we’re waved off and told they stop taking donations at 6:00. When I pulled around to check the hours on the sign, they rudely stated they had told me they stop taking donations at 6. We made our donations and spent 30 at Savers around the corner and enjoyed far superior customer service and basic human courtesy.

Will not honor legitimate medical exemptions for cloth face coverings- came in with a plastic face shield that covered more of my face than a fabric mask and was made to leave by the manager, after she was rude to another customer. Will be calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint. Absolutely unacceptable that they treat those with medical exemptions this way. Its not like I had no facial covering! Will never be back.
