Plenty of stores with lots of choice Inc M&S, stayed less than one hour. Lost my ticket (80p per hour) hit the help button could not believe it was 5 for a new ticket, human who answered failed to tell me the machine didn't accept credit cards thankfully my son had cash. Not a good experience.

Nice little change walking around in here.. Decided to grab a Burger King with Fries .. The drinks machine wasn't working at the time so was given a can in stead.. Which was cool.. I didn't mind that at all.. The customer service was great..
Pretty easy to get around. Staff in most outlets are very polite, friendly & helpful. A bit of a Ballymena buzz going on there. Recommended for a visit if your in town.
Nice shopping centre and glad it has an electric vehicle charging point which means I would use this centre more.
Right I Really Dislike This Place For A Good Few Reasons, Only 2 Car Park Floors Open For A Super Busy Shopping Centre, Half The Lifts Weren’t Working, A lot Of The Floors Were Closed, Really Needs An Improvement, The Lift In Debenhams Needs Better Maitnence, I Will Be Back But I Want Improvements
