Was Exodus now Crestwood still horrible staff are little better but still disappointing, if you have a issues go to Contra Costa countys facility or if the issue is 'big' and you get better quickly go to the e.r. and tell them once your okay that you want to safety plan with them. Don't give them additude or they won't do anything.

I would like to thank the staff at Exodus for being so kind and understanding!! It was a relief especially all we have been through!! The staff was friendly and professional!! The facility was immaculate!!
They take of your medication needs, staff for the most part is nice and friendly, they take of you, make sure you're okay and you're not a harm to yourself or to anyone. They just want you to be safe.
Do not go here.. Please! If you want help go to Martinez, Ca or somewhere else but not there.. You will not get the help that you need.. instead they will send you to jail because most of them just don't give a f**k.. I'm not saying all of the people that work there are horrible people but the night shift that work there are just there for a paycheck.. If I could give them a 0 rating I would.. P.S. I have video and pictures to prove what I'm posting about..
Took a friend In need of help there I was appauld by the weekend staff when I heard them making fun if there patience and office workers flirting on phones ..Please don't take ur family or friends there to be a spectical of entertainment
absolutely filthy. The only thing in the room is a leather recliner with some sheets thrown on them that fall off literally every tne minutes. No curtains, resulting in a hot, uncomfortable room. plus a broken tv. no bed . I was stuck in there for 3 days. They also "put some pf my clothes in the laundry" (which was never seen again).
If I could give this place zero stars I would.. Dirty, the longest wait time ever.. Would never bring my family there.
