If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have the worst customer service there is. After cancelling my account with them, they have charged me twice and after trying to contact them several times, there is yet no response from them regarding this issue.

All my family members have joined UFC Fairfax. We have been training for a little over a year there. I’m glad to share our experience. All the coaches are great and positive. Management is supportive and understanding. I recommend to any new members to really listen carefully to the advice given, take their time learning about the culture of the gym, and most importantly listen to their bodies! Don’t skip on warmup, stretching, and drink lots of water. If you do so, you will see positive results, and you will enjoy working out there. In short, we enjoy going there:))
