It was a fairly simple car deal. No trade in. The negatives: Car could have been deeper detailed. Asked to have wheels and tires cleaned due to chalk numbers all over them. Did not happen. No attention to detail. The positives: Excellent sales manager Kyle and salesperson Mark. Excellent finance manager as well. Deal was exactly as stated prior to signing documents. Overall a great experience. I recommend dealing with this dealership.

Farrish did a great job when I went in for service. They contacted me to offer getting car inspected (I would have forgotten and missed the expiration date) and reminded me I was due for a (free!) oil change. All went great...smooth and efficient. I did it by appointment and waited for mr Jeep (not too long) and was out and on my way. Well done!!

The customer service portion of buying the car and looking at cars is a 5/5. The people there are warm and welcoming. Very straightforward process. The side that handles the car payments and the bank loan from the dealership, 0/5 if I could. Just overall terrible. Lack of communication. Without going into it too much, please check your loans if you finance with the dealership. They offer one thing in writing but say another. READ THE FINE PRINT because I didn't and that's my fault.
