On the upside, they are very well organized from an administrative and IT perspective. They automatically send out text message reminders for events. We also had a great coach. On the downside, both seasons my son participated with Fairfax Little League they put us on teams that practiced on the only day of the week we said we had a conflict. Didn't change us either. Because of this and other reasons, my son no longer plays baseball.
