Wife and daughter made a plot and made a false accusation of assault and battery. Police arrested me without any evidence. Our family situation was bad but this court ruin our family. What are the kids going to learn? that lies and false accusations work well? Wife alienated our son destroying a wonderful relationship. Can't judges see the lies and evil? The fairfax court system is biased against men. I wish I could give lower than one star. My son’s mom got not only full custody but NEVER wanted me to see my son again. She kidnapped my son from me and my family. I didn’t get to see my son for one and a half years now. \supervised visitation\ are inept. My son’s life ruined by coward judges. The court caused a great deal of pain and suffering for my family. My son is miserable.They really suck.

This court is by far the WORST, and most corrupt and biased judges, lawyers and GAL's. There is NO justice here, they ignore the documented facts or any paper trail you bring in, and believe anyone who puts their right hand up and swears. What a joke! Paper trials dont lie, but it doesn't seem to make a difference here. This court also believes in giving a documented alcoholic that shares a bed with MY child full custody of a child that is not even theirs!

Family judges are \NOT\ impartial... allows petitioners to submit false statements and omit information. If you are black and a single parent... DO NOT MOVE TO THE COMMONWEALTH. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE MONEY OR NOT!
