The maintenance team here is absolutely fantastic! I have only ever had positive experiences with them. My washing machine flooded the kitchen earlier today and maintenance was here to save the day in less than 10 minutes!!!

We've lived here for two years now and really enjoy it. Quiet, safe, and the management and repair staff are very friendly and responsive. Shout-out to Pedro for helping us with a couple repairs recently, to Tim for being a great manager to work with, and to Michael for his prompt responses to some requests we've had in the past. Convenient location to a lot of things nearby (Providence Park, grocery stores, etc.). There are minor drawbacks like there not being a vent for the range hood in the units, and the units could use more storage space, but on the whole it's great living here.
Many parts of the apartment were damaged upon moving in. The ice machine was broken, the master bathroom toilet wouldn't stop running, the racks in the dishwasher were covered in a thick black gunk, multiple cabinets in the kitchen were beginning to fall off, and the windows in the master bedroom were popping out of the wall. It was very clear that the apartment was not checked for damages before we moved in. My roommate and I moved in two weeks ago and we're still noticing damages that were here prior to us living here. We were given a list of known damages in the apartment to verify when we moved in, and all of the components above were listed as \clean\ and \undamaged\, which was obviously untrue. If you do plan on moving here, I highly recommend checking for major damages and taking care of them before your start date, because that clearly wasn't done for us.
We took a new lease. The apartment was not cleaned properly. Bathrooms and patio were dirty. Bathrooms were clogged. The air conditioner stopped working in couple of days after moved in. In spite of repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved. But the rent they charge is very high. Completely dissatisfied with the apartment.
