My wife and I just moved in last week, and are really pleased so far. The apartment offers good pricing for the quality, and the building itself is conveniently located and really situated cozily. More than that, the leasing office has been excellent in helping us with the touring, leasing, and moving-in process. I worked primarily with James, who spent a lot of time with me in phone calls and emails for the couple months leading up to our move-in. He has always been very responsive--even after we moved in. He worked hard to help us get the right unit for us, and even helped us re-do the lease for our unit to get a better price when the prices for units had dipped. James and others I have interacted with in the leasing office have been really excellent, and we are so pleased with our move so far.

We looked at many apartments and townhouses near the Metro and Dwell is by far the best one for a few reasons. It's a fairly new building with and the apartments are built with solid construction - thick walls and doors, granite countertops, premium GE appliances, high ceilings, CAT5, coaxial, and electrical outlets anywhere you might need to install a tv or desktop pc. The community is also fairly small and very safe. But the real beauty of this place is the management and maintenance teams. Anokhi and Richie manage a seamless operation. If you have any problem whatsoever you just walk in to their very welcoming office. They'll make sure you leave with a smile on your face and they'll resolve any problem almost instantaneously with the help of a hardworking and detailed maintenance team and very attentive concierge.

For my apartment search I went to 13 different apartments and kept coming back to this one. The well maintained common areas, quiet walls, spacious garage parking, and awesome floor plan and updated appliances made this one the right choice for me. Theresa was great in showing me around and answering my endless questions, and even helped me out when I messed up figuring out my vehicle situation! Signed my lease and moving in this Friday, can't wait!

I've lived here for 2 years and am soon moving out due to work relocation. Solid choice for an apartment residence. Pros: Garage parking, Metro and groceries within walking distance, compound is clean and well-maintained, noise levels reasonable most times, staff is friendly and responsive, appliances are nice, living spaces look good. Cons: Nothing major, could use a bit more closet space. Just recently needed a new HVAC unit, and the team was fast and swapped it out quickly. Pet friendly building and area, though I don't have one myself.
