When my husband and I made the decision to go into voluntary shielding at the start of the pandemic one of the problems we needed to solve was how to obtain our prescription medication. We thought the widely advertised Echo service from Lloyds Pharmacy was the answer. How wrong we were. How wrong we were. The service started poor and became worse. They never managed to deliver all our prescriptions at one time. A month ago, it just became too much. It is a long story but the result was we had to find something better. Fairbrothers was the answer. I telephone, worried they may be too busy to take new customers. They could not have been more helpful or reassuring. My order arrived yesterday and included the item that I am still waiting for from Echo from the previous month. We can highly recommend Fairbrothers.

I Have not actually visited the shop but use it as my chemist to deliver my medication to me .I can only say this is the third chemist I have used for this purpose and by far it is the BEST. ALL of the delivery people are very polite and always have a friendly word and a smile on their face . which always brightens my day for which I thank you
