Just had the unfortunate occurrence of having one of their car carriers driving behind us on the road, honking the horn and swearing at us as they past, as we had slowed down to change lanes. Maybe best not to do that when your companies advertised on the vehicle.

I took my car here on Thursday to fix the rattling noise coming from the engine. I have been advised by one of the engineers that probably a pully needs to be fixed. Later on that day Kerry phoned me and said the fan belt needs to be replaced (found it strange because it wasn't that worn but you never know) and it will cost 69 witch I agree to ( even though a belt for my car would cost maximum 20 but with the labour I thought fair enough do it). She also said my car will be ready in a couple of hours and they will call me (witch never happened). It's important because if you don't pick up your car in time they charge you 20 extra. So Friday day I went to the garage (luckily I live nearby) to collect the car.I have been served by Arthur and as the previous reviews states he is definitely not famous about his costumer service skills. I wouldn't say he was rude but he wasn't friendly either. I paid 69 for the repair, get an invoice and took the keys ,that's it. No one explained what works been done or checked the car with me. He had zero interest if I'm happy with the work or not. So I just took my car home. ( a couple of blocks away). Next morning I start the car and I can hear the same rattling noise. I bring the car back. Wait for a couple of minutes because Kerry was busy laughing on the phone with someone. Then the guy who changed the fan belt have a look and says to me this noise is normal and he starts to defend himself that he changed the belt and checked the pullys as well ( which I have never questioned). I had enough and left. Funny enough before all of this i was thinking to get my car ready for MOT ( brakes, oil, tyres) but I will definitely spend the money elsewhere. I understand that I am young and I have an older car and I had a tracksuit on but please don't think I'm stupid. Avoid this garage like the plague. All they want is your money.
