Today it was the third time I went to Factory & Co. I do not eat meat so I take each time the vegetarian steak. Unfortunately this time I was deceived, I find the burgers overall less tasty than they used to be. Especially the burger buns, they seemed to be bought from supermarket (the cheapest) and just warmed up a bit, the bread was thin and very sweet, I was under the impression I ate McDonald's...or not even! I do not know what happened because last time I ate there the burger buns were very good and tasty! Fries were as well frozen type, though the quantity is big! Cheesecakes OREO and LIME are tasty!

For a burger restaurants it is amazing , they have a lot of choices for the burger sandwich/bagel ect .
Wonderful place with extraordinary delicious food and very friendly and helpful attendants! Don't panic that sometimes it's a bit crowded on the first floor, there is an underground floor with more tables! Well, after you taste the food you will understand why everyone is here and enjoying those delicious masterpieces of flavours and aromas! It was really cool to have an afternoon coffee with a cheesecake here! Thank you factory &co team! Great work!
Good burgers but bad service. Taste of burgers were good but while I was waiting to order, the staffs were eating chips and chatting and laughing without doing their work... not envie to go back there to eat again.
The server was extremely rude - she walked away while we were ordering and had an attitude. It was a one hour wait for 3 burgers, and at the end I was served the bacon cheese fries with only one piece of bacon, while the burgers were OK. Would not recommend.
A truly delicious experience, I tried the saint nectaire limited edition. The steak was juicy with an interesting sweet twist at the end. And the diverse selection of colorful cheesecakes is simply amazing.
The food is pretty good, the cheese cake was great.
