Food was superb; great flavors and good portions sizes. However, the service was lacking and extremely disappointing given the average entree price and what the Highland Park crowd is certainly expecting. It took our waitress 45 minutes upon being seated to ask if we wanted an appetizer. Another 30 minutes went by and we had to ask for another round of drinks and to finally put in an order. Disappointing is the word that comes to mind when describing this experience. And the fact I feel compelled to write this review is...disappointing. Fachini, you could, and should, do better.

Best Italian restaurant in Dallas. Must try
We ordered takeout for dinner. We parked, called and the food was out in 30 seconds. Everything was still warm when we got home and was delicious as always. I highly recommend them! The 100 layer lasagna is melt in your mouth delicious
Normally always phenomenal but we happened to show up 30 minutes before closing. However the service was great but my dish was subpar twice. My wife's dish was spot on but mine was pretty bad.
Amazing experience start to finish the food is authentic Italian. The portions are family style for the entries everything else is smaller. Wonderful wonderful evening.
