In short: Fast and friendly, will happily use them again in future! We needed a one off laser cut for a client with a quick turn around time. Submitted our small order via FABberz online utility and was responded to in minutes with a few options. As soon as I finalized the details my order was confirmed and I was directed to a secure payment page. I was kept up to date on the progress and was able to pick up the order the same day (roughly a 4 hour turn around time). Everyone I dealt with was useful and friendly, and the turn around time was rapid, great stuff!
I had a large order for FABberz and was absolutely amazed at the quality of their service and their efficiency. They made me feel like my job was their number one priority all the way to completion. And of course they are really nice bunch of people, always down to earth and GREAT at communicating - something many similar companies lack these days. Really pleased with their work and their service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.
I came across FABberz by accident about a year ago, but It's one of the best accidents I've ever had. From the very first moment they were very down to earth, open and helpful. The first project was a success so I went back to them...not just for the technical service but the inspiration they help with in discussing ideas, and all in a calm, friendly and patient way. Villem is super nice...genuinely interested in helping. And FABberz prices are reasonable too. I'll be going back to them for my third project.
