I'm currently user of FAB Du credit card as well as Payit. I was impressed with those services and decide to go for FAB Islamic banking. I realized that was my biggest mistake, I did. I spent with customer care person many hours to fill forms, provide documents and all other relevant information, I mentioned to customer care before applying for required product that mentioned on website only for UAE nationals but customer care insist that is now for everyone. After 1 to 2 days I received call that requested service has been rejected due to non-UAE national. I really surprised and disappointed why my valuable hours were waste for something for which I wasn't eligible, since very first. Now I'm going to stop my other current services as well. On based of my experience, I would never ever recommend this Bank to anyone. Please avoid and save your time.

Beware of Gobind Narayan a loan agent at FAB bank, he told nothing but lies to get me sucked into a disaster of a personal loan. Now in a legal battle to have this matter resolved, my professional advise DO NOT bank with FAB bank as their customer service is the worst in the UAE.

Un Professional Staff and Worst management i have ever seen before I don’t recommend that branch or Fab office for anyone to deal with specially Car Loan department the worst department you can deal with in your life!
