Joined F45 Fulham since they began zoom sessions. F45 has allowed me to keep fit, active and achieve fitness goals through a period that would have otherwise prevented me keeping active. All of the coaches push you through workouts, give you progression and regression for each exercise and will often throw in extra ab killer sessions at the end. I really thank the team for keeping me sane during this time... that on top of loosing some weight (something I couldn’t of imagined at the beginning of lock down)! So thank you F45 Fulham team X

We love to see new fitness concepts spreading like wildfire - it keeps our industry alive! and F45 sure is. INNOVATION. MOTIVATION. RESULTS. is the foundation of what's on offer here and if you are looking around Fulham for group exercise workout gyms like UN1T and Evolve. Phenomenal!! There's no words to describe how much I enjoy F45! Super love it! It's TOP TOP TOP training. F45 Fulham family is superb as well, very friendly people indeed. Always checking you during sessions, and making sure the exercise are done correctly to not lead to injuries.

I love F45 Fulham!! It's amazing gym with professional and energetic trainers who will make sure you reach your goals! The workouts are addictive and suitable for everyone. The atmosphere there is very friendly and welcoming! I really enjoy going there multiple times a week and I always leave the gym with the biggest smile on my face! :)

I honestly have thoroughly enjoyed my time whilst being a member of the F45 Team!! Everyone is so welcoming & helpful. I was anxious before starting but there is honestly no need to! The team help to keep you motivated and are there for absolutely any questions that you may have!!! Anyone thinking to join, don't think, just do it!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!
