An excellent butcher with old fashioned standards. We buy sirlion both rolled for roasting and steaks, their pork sausages and smoked bacon back. This meat has old fashioned flavour which is hard to find elsewhere. if you like meat with taste try these products.

Picked up two large pieces of beef fillet on Saturday for a bbq. Seasoned well with Maldon sea salt, a generous amount of black & white pepper and some dried mixed herbs. Fire up the bbq, brown all over then lid on and roast for 20 mins. Absolutely perfect. The meat is absolutely delicious. Thank you
