Really good customer service and variety of gardening machines and tools on offer. Very helpful staff so fully recommend this place.

First class service as always.
Very helpful finding parts for a lawnmower I needed
First time ordering parts and I must say what a cheery, polite and helpful response I received. All the bits were in stock and arrived next day. This is clearly a company with well trained staff providing that traditional efficient customer service we wish we’d experience more often. Refreshing!
Customer service stinks. Whilst queuing and next in line to be served staff member came out and started talking to customer behind me and served her first. I walked out and have bought the chipper shredder I wanted elsewhere.
