I recently purchased a number of items at the EX Living store Naas and I was pleasantly surprised with the higher than expected standard of treatment I received as a customer. Nothing was of any bother and the items purchased arrived on the promised date in Lahinch. It’s was no hassle to get a second copy of my bill many months later as I had lost my original one which I needed to have for my accountant. This is certainly a store I would have no hesitation in recommending.
Nice shop, well presented with good variety. Felt comfortable here, staff are constantly rotating about the shop cleaning and wiping surfaces down. The staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. If you go here ask for Aine. The woman was fantastic, great help with lots of advice and tips for looking after your purchases long term.
The staff here are so helpful and the quality variety and design of the furniture is great. The showroom is great and relaxed no sales people following you around well worth a visit
Great selection. Very helpful staff. Great value on most items
Had been eying a bed in this store for a couple of weeks but when I went in to order it I noticed the headboard was different. When I asked a member of staff if the headboard had been changed, he assured me under no circumstances had the headboard changed. Now doubting myself, I rang a family member who had also viewed the bed to verify it was different. Although annoyed, I proceeded to ask if the display model was a five foot bed. The member of staff got a measuring tape, measured it and said it was definitely five foot. Upon reflection, the bed seemed too small to be five foot. The following day we went back to the store with a measuring tape and the bed was in fact 4 foot 6 inches. Felt like an inconvenience to several staff members and I have lost all faith in this store.
Lovely shop in Naas. Lots to choose from and everything was decorated very tastefully. They have a great selection of gorgeous furniture and the customer service was excellent. We bought a bed and a gorgeous chair, Alan was super helpful. Great sale at the moment, we saved a lot!
Excellent, well laid out and a very good choice of quality furnishings
