Delay to my sofa order by a month due to covid. The order was placed back in November and covid has been going on for over a year at this point. Feels like a generic excuse for missing the delivery timeline.. At the very least communicate to your customers that there will be delays and don't rely on us to contact you constantly for updates. Not good enough for the prices you're charging.

Only department store left in Chesterfield and what a treat to shop there. Beautiful glassware, furnishings and Christmas decorations amongst lots of other things. Well worth a visit.
Excellent products backed up by excellent service. Our recliner developed a fault just out of warranty but that didn't matter. They came out straight away and fixed it. Id definitely recommend
Absolutely pathetic service from Eyres of Chesterfield. Booked 2 tickets for the kids to see Santa only to be turned away candidly by a random man slurping a cup of tea at 2.30pm as it was ‘too busy’. Customer service was shocking/none existent. Even when we went to get a refund they were still selling more tickets!! Reluctantly they gave us a refund. Now got 2 upset children and got to somehow explain why Santa won’t see them. Disgusting! I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star.
