I was recommended to use this firm by a friend in the mortgage industry to undertake an RICS Homebuyer's Report. Lesley Long was very professional and, although there were no major faults, his report detailed a number of issues that needed looking at that only a very experienced eye yould have noticed. Thoroughly reccomended.
Cannot say if the company is good to complete the survey but not punctual. I had been waiting two weeks for a report and when I called to ask where it is the guy didn't want to talk to me. He said that he sent this 1st class by post, but it's impossible to have this delay with Royal Mail. Did not even ask if we have received it and did not inform when the report was sent. I'm disappointed.
