Best Dojo I’ve trained in ! Friendly and professional atmosphere suitable for all ages and experience !!! Both myself and my 6 year old train here and the all ages lessons are great for spending quality time with your little ones !!! Very much recommend both styles taught here.

My 6 year old daughter has been going for one year and her confidence has blossomed dramatically. She won a Bronze Medal last weekend and YOUR child needs to join and combat the pressure youngsters have now. Highly recommend!!

Best Karate/ BJJ club in the area! John is amazing Master/instructor and one of the most humble/welcoming people I have ever meet. Great school to learn new skills, get fit and bond with the entire family. I can't recommend more, me my wife and my son did go to this School for awhile(we live far now so regrettably we stopped).
