Amy came highly recommended by a friend, and now I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her too. She did such a great professional job and I now have the long beautiful healthy hair I could have only dreamt of previously. She was so knowledgeable about the different options and what would work best for me, plus the aftercare products really do work. 10/10!

Hair extensions lasted literally one wash. Using her own aftercare products, the hair became dry and matted, like doll's hair, itching my skin and scalp. When I complained, she said 'that's Indian hair for you', offered me half the money back and said I can keep the hair to 'make clip ins' and took them out. I accepted the offer as I was in so much discomfort and upset. A few days later I checked the hair left behind to see if some deep conditioning could revive it only to discover she'd only left half the weft. I'm guessing she's sent the rest back to the manufacturer for a refubd as it was awful quality. She's also blocked me from her facebook account. It was all done in bad faith, beware of this if you consider having extensions fitted by Amy.
