I came into the store because my Macbook Pro display had been damaged. I ended up deciding to buy one of their (well-priced) refurbished Macbook Pros and trade in my old Macbook Pro. Joey and Keenan were both super helpful during the process, and Joey was especially accommodating when my Mac was having issues with transferring data. Joey made sure that everything was working before I left, even if it took up more of his time. A great experience and would definitely recommend!
Michael at Experimax was an absolute lifesaver. I was in town for the weekend and the night before my flight my phone absolutely died. I needed to be at the airport late morning and the closest Verizon (2.5 miles away) didn't open till 10. I expanded my search parameters and realized Experimax was 4 blocks away and had amazing reviews. I figured worst case scenario I could just buy a used phone to get home with and then figure it out once back. I walked in at 10:01 and was promptly greeted by Michael. I explained my situation and shared my panic of needing to travel. He took one look at the phone and said I can fix this. Within 13 minutes my phone was fixed and I was walking out of Experimax. While Michael was finishing up his magician work Josh rang me up, which made the process even smoother and faster. Both were extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. While I'm hopefully not going to need their services again in my future visits to ATL I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Excellent service. I called about getting a used iPad for my business and was helped over the phone promptly. My visit to the store was pleasant and they help me find exactly what I needed at a great price. Would recommend to friends and family and will visit again if I need anything in the future. They also have free parking up to an hour in the back, very easy to get to.
The staff at Experimax was very professional, cool and laid back. They actually waited after closing hours to assist me with my purchase. I was In and Out the agent Mike I believe was his name, went through Sale effectively and didn't take no time. I was out in 15 min Max if that. I love my beautiful and affordable Apple MacBook Air. Thanks Experimax Midtown Atlanta for an awesome deal!!
