Great old school pub. No bull, no false glitz. Good beers. Good juke box. Happy and friendly crowd. Dogs walking around. Places to sit. Conversation can be heard. What a cracker of a bar. Need to know where they got the awesome posters from in the Gents loo!!!
Bar Lady was helpful and patrons interesting. Bar games were good and sport on TV. God selection of drinks and charming atmosphere.
Friendly local with good range of beers and ciders. Great for watching sports - if there's a match on you want to watch that isn't the \main event\ they'll put it on a separate screen for you. Not the kind of place I'd go for a family meal or a night out, but great for a casual drink with mates.
