I highly reccomend this place. I love training here. I have always wanted to try a martial art but found most instructors too strict to deal with, especially since I have a challenge keeping up the stamina and having back issues to boot. The instructor here, Mr. Andre, allows me to learn at my own pace and has fun lessons and classes for the kids. I have, over the year and a half that I have trained here gone from White Belt to Blue Stripe Belt. My dad has also gotten his Blue Stripe Belt. I do not regret a penny of the money I have invested into my Taekwondo training. I enjoy the fact that I now have the stamina and flexibility that I lost after high school. Not to mention the fact I can now fit my old bell bottom jeans again. My self confidence has gone way up. Absolutely loving what training here has done for me and my dad. Again highly reccomend this place. Cheers!
