No hair cut no call back

Had one haircut which was fine. Had an appointment for my second one 6 weeks later and the lady never showed up to open up. I waited and even left a message but never got a call back. What terrible customer service! I would never go back here because this was wrong. If she couldn't make it at least call me or return my messages. Another terrible hair salon in Exeter.
