Fantastic service from these guys. Logged the fault with Samsung and had a call the next day to organise the repair. Really friendly and quick service. Communication was spot on and the engineer, and receptionist, were both really helpful. Can’t recommend them enough!

failed to fix my tv 6 times now they say this is acceptable.. do not use these clowns.. picture on the left is the one they took (at an angel so all u can see is the reflection and nothing else) picture on the right is the photo i took, they have left me with this thinking its ok.. i have contacted the ombudsman and im going to contact solicitor and sue the repairguys for the stress and anxiety they have caused me. con artists at best. scum
