I brought my puppy to Anna for his first groom at 12 weeks and was so impressed that she takes the time to have an introductory hello session before the first groom so that my puppy would know her and her parlour by then. She is so professional and patient with such a young and headstrong puppy (who is a Lhasa Apso with a lot of hair!) and we have been back to see her three times now. The cut he gets is exactly what I want and I feel completely at ease leaving him with Anna in her amazing workspace - although I usually stay and watch (when it's allowed this year!) and have a socially distanced natter with Anna. As you can see, I can't recommend her enough!

Fab really nice lady certainly knows her job and so lovely with our new puppy Olly would certainly recommend without hesitation. Not only did Olly come back looking amazing & smelling nice but really happy to I think he was spoilt to thanks for a great job done.
Anna did a perfect groom on our 5 month old sproodle. Anna is very friendly, professional and extremely attentive. Our pup came out happy and relaxed and smelt and looked gorgeous. We would highly recommend. Thank you.
Anna does a fab job with our labradoodle Poppy. She’s always accommodating of our requests for winter and summer cuts and Poppy always comes home looking and smelling like a fresh pup! She appreciates feeling clean and lighter after her groom too. And payment is so easy, Anna has Apple Pay set up so I can just tap and go. Don’t know what we’d do without you Anna!!
Anna is the best! I can't rate her high enough! My dog has a skin condition and needs to be handled very gently when she's being groomed. Some groomers haven't handled her with care and she started getting scared when I was going to my last groomer nearby. She loves seeing Anna! Wish there were more than 5 stars!
