My second-hand Toyota RAV4 developed a minor problem four years into it’s life. The response from Snows Toyota Exeter was impressive. The vehicle was repaired within 24 hours of contacting them, a video link was emailed showing the part replaced and it was professionally washed, an considerable task given 12 months of accumulated farm lane mud and grime. All covered free of charge under the 5 Year Warranty. The staff are a credit to the business.

Visited the Snows Exeter showroom today to take a look at the new Yaris GR. Sally, on the customer service team, was excellent, very welcoming and keen to help with any queries I had. Even if I don't buy a Toyota this time around, Sally will have planted a seed in my daughters head (who was with me at the time) and will have made her more aware of the Toyota brand. Always good to engage positively with the next generation. Well done Sally.

Sadly Snows Exeter is not a patch on Snows Plymouth, Had work carried out in July no courtesy car possibly due to covid and due to this did not want to wait in the showroom so had to drop off and picked up by my partner. Had puncher yesterday phoned for price, given price of 70 dropped wheel in yesterday and had a look at some later models considering part exchanging. collected wheel today charged 78, protested the charge but service person not interested so will not be going to Snows Exeter again. Bye bye snows.
